As I was walking through the shopping mall at Oslo S I suddenly saw two security guys chasing a crook. As they run by one of them looses his cell phone, the other securitas guy behind him picks it up and runs about 10 meter before he drops it again.
Did they catch the perpetrator? I doubt it!
